Juicing My Way For a Healthier Start

So, I recently got into a juicing craze after winning this Panasonic Slow Juicer 
(Model: MJ- L500) from Panasonic Malaysia 

This slow juicer is priced at RM 899.00 and is able to produce high quality nutrient juice with its low speed grinding system (the screw rotates slowly and nutrients are not destroyed by friction heat) This way, the nutrition and enzyme in its original form are well preserved. There is no heat and no oxidation during the juicing process.

The slow juicer is able to keep juice longer without separation.

One thing that I absolutely love about this Panasonic MJ- L500 Slow Juicer is that the residue comes out effortlessly on the left side of the slow juicer (externally) and unlike some other juicers, it is clogged up inside the machine.
Fresh juice that is fine and smooth comes out from the right side and the "pipe" area comes with a knob to control the flow of the juices. I find this very useful to avoid overflowing and messiness. 

This slow juicer is also able to produce smoothies besides the usual juicing. 
But I have not tried on that function yet.

Besides juicing, you can also stay hydrated with the following thirst quenching method- fruits infused water

You can combine lime/lemon, ginger, mint leaves, cucumber 
Soak them overnight and keep it in the fridge.
